The electric cable shovel, or simply mechanical shovel, is a type of self-propelled, front crawler electric excavator, which uses cables to drive the bucket's travel.
Electric shovels are the largest loader excavators that exist. The largest with 120 tons capacity buckets have masses of the order of 1400 tons, measuring about 22 meters high, 14 meters wide and 30 meters from the boom pulleys to the counterweight.
They are mainly used as dump truck loaders, dumpers and in open pit mines.
The use of the simulator develops increasingly by subjecting the student to scenarios such as familiarization of controls, up to a collaborative exercise with different machines at the same time.
Our simulator consists of a complete instructional design divided into blocks, within each block a series of exercises that progressively increase its difficulty appear as the student overcomes them.
Operator errors and notes are recorded and reported, we have a report where you mark collisions, graphs and evaluate your exercise.
The final modules combine bucket filling elements, in addition to truck loading.
The results of the exercise are automatically saved, so students can move forward as they wish, always knowing what they have done without supervision.
