For this purpose, each simulator incorporates a Theoretical Module with which the student will acquire notions related to the knowledge of the machine, its operation and maintenance, the reaction to sudden breakdowns and, especially, everything related to risk prevention and safety. This Module can be read independently by students as well as used by instructors when preparing for a lecture.

It is a scientifically proven fact that practical knowledge is essential when learning a new skill and that repetition of a task leads to a greater learning effect. However, in order to gain a profound knowledge requires a set of right practical exercises and a complex learning approach.
One of the principal advantages of simulators is the flexibility in practicing for the alumni. One is not dependent on machine availability, weather conditions, financial expenses associated with operating or maintenance of the machine.
We offer 140 blocks with over 700 exercises across 26 simulators. Each block is designed to gain necessary skills in specific area. Furthermore, there are different levels difficulty.
All our simulators permit change of various settings. For example, an instructor might choose to change weather conditions such a heavy rain, strong wind etc or a sudden malfunctioning of the vehicle parts, in order to test student's reaction in difficult and unexpected situations.
An inexperienced driver might not fully understand the consequences of their decisions and, as such, may be more susceptible to exhibiting inattentive behaviour that can cause dangerous and in some cases life threatening situations.
Therefore, our simulators offer a unique opportunity to learning how to operate heavy machinery in a safe environment. Practicing with our simulators is an innocuous way for a driver to acquire necessary skills and competences before using an industrial machine and reduce the time they spend in the real equipment during the training.

The exercises of each virtual class can also be parameterized, establishing minimum scores, penalties, maximum number of repetitions, maximum times, if the exercise is mandatory to advance in the course, etc. Definition of such parameters ensures that equal is applied to all students as everyone’s performance is measured based on the same criteria.
To ensure impartial treatment, all the exercises are recorded or instructor can supervise the simulation in real time, selecting the same view of the exercise that the student has, or through an external view in three dimensions. Our evaluation system also includes a post-analysis (debriefing) tool, which allows the repetition of the exercises already performed to be displayed automatically, and can be paused, rewound and even altered in order to show different views of the exercise. It is very useful for the instructor because of two reasons, firstly, it gives opportunity to check things which might be impossible when using real machines and secondly, to be able to show the students what has been done and to comment on the mistakes or successes made.
Our evaluation system contains a detailed report on how the exercises have been executed, scoring it and showing relevant objective data such as date, time and duration of the exercise, speeds (instantaneous, average and maximum), engine speeds, position of the implements, number and type of collisions, control handling statistics, record of dangerous or forbidden manoeuvres performed, and additional relevant information.
